AERIAL YOGA (NON-INVERSION)
Class focuses on basic aerial yoga poses with a focus on total body strength & flexibility. It is perfect for those who are uncomfortable or unable to invert (hang upside down) as this is a non-inversion class. Students will improve their balance while 6”-8” inches from the ground. This class is a wonderful introduction to aerial yoga and will provide a marker for future classes.
Learn the basic Aerial skills on a hip high silk loop. This class will improve total body strength & flexibility while experiencing the benefits of inversions. NO FLIPS/DROPS TAUGHT IN THIS CLASS
BEGINNING LEVEL 3
A combination Aerial class teaching fun flips & tricks on Loop, Silk & Lyra.

Lyra/Aerial Hoop is a metal circle that is suspended from a single point.
This class is for the absolute beginner. Students will learn the basics of various moves, ideal form and technique, and safety on the apparatus. They will start to develop the unique strength and flexibility required for aerial acrobatics.
TAUGHT BEG LEVEL 3 & UP
Aerial Fabric (also called Aerial Silks) is a beautiful, creative, and challenging art form that builds unparalleled upper body and core strength, kinesthetic awareness, coordination, and confidence. Beginners will learn basic climbs, footlocks, hip keys, and sequences starting low to the ground on aerial fabric. Knot and sling work will introduce inversions and wraps. More advanced students will learn beautiful transitions, sequences, and eventually drops on the aerial fabric. Anyone with determination and a great work ethic can progress quickly in these classes.
BEGINNING LEVEL 3 & UP
Class provides more core work and strength training to
improve strength, balance, and flexibility.
Students practice pulling up so that the hands are to the chest and
holding this position for 2-3 breaths. More challenging abdominal exercises are introduced at this level. In addition to basic inversions and shoulder
stands, class adds angel flips and introduces tight binds. Students build arm strength through Standing
X, chin ups, and fun aerial flips & tricks. Muscle endurance improved as skills are combined.
Building block for those wanting to explore SILK.
Pre-requisite...Beginning Inversion Class
OPEN GYM...(Prerequisite- you must be an active aerial student BEGINNING LEVEL 3 & up , attending at least 2 classes per month of any aerial style...loop, lyra,silk)
COST $10.00 per person/per session
